Big Reductions for Advanced Bookings
Cartmel Racecourse which stages an extra day's racing in 2010, has unveiled a new pricing plan offering big reductions for advanced bookings.
Although daily admission prices have been held at the 2009 levels, the addition of the extra day on Thursday, August 26 means the track can now offer extra packages for Bank Holiday and Midweek racing.
The Premier package offers admission on any two of the four Bank Holiday racedays with individual days on either May 29 or May 31 and August 28 and August 30 available at £18 instead of the usual £20.
A new two-day Premier advanced ticket offers racegoers the chance to choose any two of the four Bank Holiday racedays for just £32 paddock admission compared to £40 for two fixtures paid on the day. Senior admission is £13 a day or £22 for a two-day ticket.
On the course side, admission is £8 a day or £14 for a two-day ticket with seniors priced at £6 and £10 respectively.
To attend all four Bank Holiday meetings, patrons will require two Premier advanced tickets.
Buying Premier advanced tickets will provide the opportunity to purchase paddock or course parking for £5 per day.
The new system also provides the opportunity to buy a Midweek advanced ticket for the meetings on June 2, July 15 and August 26.
The meetings are available at £13 per day compared with daily admission of £15 in the paddock and course with a three-day ticket available at £35. For seniors the prices are £10 and £26 respectively.
Paddock parking is £5 and course parking free with these midweek tickets.
