Welcome to Cartmel Racecourse

Tickets are now available for our eight racemeetings - commencing with the "May" Bank Holiday Weekend which (for one year only) has moved a week later into June in order to coincide with the Queen's Jubillee.

A new £125,000 two-day fixture has been introduced in July and the season will end with the traditional August Bank Holiday climax. As always, there will be a large fairground in the Course Enclosure and children aged 16 and under will be admitted free with a paying adult. Concessions are available for pensioners.

During the course of the next few weeks we will be announcing plans for additional entertainment on all of the racedays - so keep an eye on our News Page. Last year Peppa pig proved so popular with the children that she will be making another appearance - at our August Bank Holiday Monday fixture.
